Currently serving as a Coach & Beraterin at HALT & HALTUNG Coaching since January 2020, Julia specializes in personal and professional growth processes, mindfulness-based business coaching, and trauma-sensitive consulting. In a concurrent role as HR Manager at initions since January 2023, Julia oversees strategic HR processes and supports management in business development.
