Colleen Randall

Colleen Randall is an experienced professional in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Automation (BPM), currently serving as Principal and COO at Initium SoftWorks since July 2015, where responsibilities include consulting, solution design, and overseeing delivery and support for complex customer solutions. Prior to Initium SoftWorks, Colleen held various roles at Fiserv from 2006 to 2015, culminating in the position of Nautilus Consulting Services Manager, leading a team focused on developing process-oriented solutions across multiple domains such as Accounts Payable and Electronic Mailrooms.
