Jad Shraim

Jad Shraim has a solid work experience with diverse roles in various companies. Jad most recently worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Texas Logistic & Fulfillment Services since May 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Chief Financial Officer at both Texas Medical Technology and iNitrile since February 2021. Jad also held a CEO position at Sourceline Medical Supply from March 2020 to June 2022. Earlier in their career, Jad served as the MD - Global Market Leader and Director of Relationship Management at Broadridge from March 2018 to September 2020. Jad also held the position of Conversion Manager at Broadridge from April 2012 to January 2015. Before joining Broadridge, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held the roles of Operations Manager and Cash Management Specialist from June 2006 to April 2012.

Jad Shraim's education history includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2002 to 2006. Jad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution's LeBow College of Business from 2007 to 2009.

Apart from their academic degrees, they have obtained various certifications. In June 2009, they obtained the Securities, Federally Registered Investment Adviser Notice Filing certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In October 2011, they achieved the Series 7- General Securities Representative certification from FINRA. Additionally, in September 2011, they obtained the Series 66 NASAA Uniform Combined State Law certification, also from FINRA. Later on, in June 2014, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from JPMorgan Chase & Co.
