Albert Chon

Albert Chon is the current Chief Technology Officer at Injective Protocol. Albert was previously a software development engineer at Amazon from January 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were a full stack software engineer at Linc Global Inc from January 2017 to December 2017. Albert also worked as a consultant at Open Zeppelin from January 2018 to December 2018. From 2016 to 2017, they were a researcher at the Stanford Parallel Distributed Processing Lab. Albert Chon also has experience working in the nutraceutical industry as an analytical chemist and marketing associate at Advanced Botanical Consulting & Testing Inc. from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they have experience working as a marketing copywriter and technical analyst at L3 Networks from 2014 to 2015.

Albert Chon earned a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Systems from Stanford University. Albert also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. During high school, they took supplemental courses at Cerritos College and participated in the Summer Academy in Applied Science & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied biotechnology. Albert was the valedictorian of their graduating class at Gretchen Whitney High School.

Albert Chon reports to Eric Chen, CEO. They work with Achilleas Kalantzis - Community Lead, Hannah Grubb - Operations Manager, and Max Shen - Head of Financial Markets.
