Hadley Chilton has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2020, they worked at North Sound Advisors as an Independent Director and NED, where they handled corporate governance assignments, complex dispute projects, and asset recovery projects for clients including Fortune 100 companies and multi-billion dollar litigation finance funds. In 2021, they became a Director at Finery Markets and joined Injective as a Non-Executive Director. In 2022, they served as a Non-Executive Director at a market-leading private market digital platform. In 2023, they became a Partner at Cork Gully Asset Management and Cork Gully Group of Companies and took on roles as a Non-Executive Director at White Star Capital and a Member of the Digital Assets Working Group at AIMA - The Alternative Investment Management Association. They also joined the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association as an Education Sub-Committee Member.
Hadley Chilton completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and French from the University of Leeds between 1996 and 2000. In 1998, Hadley also studied at Université de Bordeaux for a brief period in the field of Lettres. Prior to university, Hadley attended Stockport Grammar School. Additionally, Hadley has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "Climate-related Reporting For Accountants" and "Governance of Climate-Related Risks and Opportunities" from the Climate Disclosure Standards Board in 2020. In 2007, Hadley received a certification in "Detecting and Preventing Fraud" from ACCA and has also completed other certifications in areas such as conducting internal investigations and hedge fund industry services. In 2005, Hadley became a Chartered Accountant through ACCA Chartered Accountants.
