Landon Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2004, they joined Room For Two Music Group, LLC as a songwriter, singer, musician, producer, and sound engineer. In 2011, they transitioned to the real estate industry and worked as a real estate broker at HomeSmart Realty until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they held various positions at different real estate companies, including Keller Williams Park Meadows, Metro Brokers Realty Oasis, and Invested Real Estate Group. In 2013, they also started their own real estate team, The Landon Team, at Colorado Home Realty, where they served as the team lead until 2021. In 2017, they co-founded Coregon Building Co. and in 2020, they co-founded both Ink and START Real Estate, where they held the roles of co-founder and co-owner & team lead, respectively. Landon Smith's education history begins with their high school diploma from Georgetown High School, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. After completing high school, they enrolled at Sam Houston State University in 2001 to pursue studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. However, their time at Sam Houston State University was short, as they transferred to the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor the following year, also for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Landon attended the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor from 2002 to 2003. Lastly, they continued their education at Texas Tech University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in English.
