Patrick Ochs is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious kitchens. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at INK Entertainment since October 2018, Patrick previously held the title of Chef De Cuisine at The Carillon Wellness Resort and Beachcraft. Notable roles also include Senior Sous Chef positions at Michael Mina 74 and Scarpetta, where responsibilities included menu development, kitchen management, and oversight of special events. Patrick began culinary career as a Chef De Partie at Colicchio & Sons and The Modern, and initially worked as a Line Cook at Charlie Palmer Steak and Galileo da Roberto Donna. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management and an Associate in Occupational Studies from The Culinary Institute of America.
