Jeff Caston

Jeff Caston has over 15 years of experience in the customer service and support industry. Jeff began their career in 2004 as the Director of Support at BigFolio Inc. In 2015, they joined SmashFund Inc. as the Customer Service Director. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Director of Support at INK Games\u2122\ufe0f.

Jeff Caston attended Vanguard University of Southern California from 1994 to 1995, studying Business. Jeff then attended Allan Hancock College from 1995 to 1996, also studying Business. Finally, they attended Cuesta College from 1996 to 1997, again studying Business.
