Tom Jones

Tom Jones has over 40 years of work experience. Tom began their career in 1981 as an Engineer at IBM, where they were a System Test Technician for the 3081 and 3090 mainframe computers, and later moved to the 5080 Graphic System Group where they tested CADCAM and graphic software packages. In 1993, they transferred to a Performance Engineering Group in Austin, Texas. In 1999, they joined Sun Microsystems as an Engineer and reported to the Identity Manager QA Group, where they split their time between QA activities and System Support. Tom installed and maintained databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and DB2 on multiple platforms, as well as application servers such as WebLogic 11g, WebSphere, Glassfish, and Tomcat. In 2011, they joined DXC Technology as a QA Engineer, working on Cloud Management software for nearly 6 years. In 2017, they joined ForgeRock as a Senior Support Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior QA Engineer at INK Games®️.

Tom Jones attended Marist College from 1989 to 1991, studying Computer Science. Tom also attended United Electronics Institute - UEI from 1979 to 1981. In 2021, Tom Jones obtained a ForgeRock Identity Cloud Core Skills certification from ForgeRock.
