Bill Asher

Bill is a Board Member at Inkbit and has served as legal counsel to technology and life sciences businesses for more than 35 years. As a partner at Boston law firm Choate, LLP, and previously at Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault, LLP, Bill brings deep experience in corporate finance, securities law, strategic transactions and corporate governance. Bill received his BA and JD from Harvard.
