Andrew Harris has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as a Legal Fellow at Immigration Equality, where they drafted arguments in support of a bill to amend immigration laws. Andrew then worked as a Legal Secondee at Royal Bank of Scotland, where they handled regional policy and strategy and implemented new systems for recording management information. After that, they joined Linklaters as a Trainee Lawyer, gaining experience in corporate, derivatives, and employment teams. Andrew later became an Employment Lawyer at the same firm, advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. In 2014, Andrew joined EquityEats as a Compliance Officer, handling day-to-day legal matters and securities law filings. Most recently, they worked at inKind Hospitality, where they held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer.

Andrew Harris attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a field of study in Law.
