Mark Tisdale SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, they held the position of Director of People at inKind starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, People at Bunkhouse from August 2021 to May 2023. Mark also has experience as a Custom Home Builder at Earl Tisdale Homes from October 2020 to August 2021. In the hospitality industry, they worked as a Manager, Human Resources at The Standard, East Village from February 2019 to October 2020, and as an HR Manager at The Standard, High Line from August 2017 to February 2019. Furthermore, they held the roles of Executive Assistant, Food and Beverage Supervisor, and Server at The Standard, High Line from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Lattanzi Ristorante from December 2012 to July 2014. Before that, they gained international experience as an English (ESL) Teacher at EPIK-English Program in Korea from June 2008 to February 2012. Mark Tisdale SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006. In 2019, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
