Shaina Stotts

Shaina Stotts, MBA, currently serves as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at inKind, where responsibilities include overseeing the full QA lifecycle and collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams to enhance AI-powered product features. Previously, Shaina worked at Paycom, contributing to mobile application development for a user base exceeding 1 million, while also engaging with mid-level managers through Agile methodologies. Prior experiences include serving as Head Server at Texas Roadhouse, where training and efficiency improvements led to a significant increase in profitability, and an Office Administrator role at T & A Medical, managing inmate check-in processes and communications. Shaina began her career as a Waitress at Bradford Cafe, earning Employee of the Month, and as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, developing essential customer service skills. Shaina holds an MBA and a BA in Mathematics from Oklahoma Baptist University.
