INKLUDED CHAMPIONS DIVERSITY IN PUBLISHING BY ACTIVELY WORKING TO TRAIN AND PLACE YOUNG PEOPLE FROM UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS INTO THEIR FIRST PUBLISHING JOBS.
