Previously, Tom was the Chief Digital Officer at BrewDog, overseeing ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives, and has held significant roles at Red Bull Media House, Studio 100 Group, and BBC Worldwide, where Tom contributed to digital content development and audience engagement strategies. Tom holds a Master of Science degree in Digital Production from the University of Brighton.
