David Strong

David Strong is a solutions-oriented managing director with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as a Catalyst Award Advisor at UCSF's Clinical & Translational Science Institute since 2013, David focuses on improving patient health through innovative research. They have held the position of managing director at Far West Capital Management since 1998, generating investment ideas and delivering significant growth over the years. David also contributes to InkSpace Imaging as a board advisor, assisting with regulatory and operational aspects, and has previously worked as an analyst at SIAR Capital Management. They earned a Master's degree in Chemical Physics from the University of Chicago.
