Christopher Ramirez Rivera

Christopher Ramirez Rivera is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service, web development, and social media strategy. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Inktel Contact Center Solutions since November 2022, Christopher previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at the same company. Christopher engaged in a comprehensive 16-week program as a Jr. Full Stack Java Developer Student at Generation USA, where skills in front-end development with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 were acquired. Additional experience includes roles as a Telephone Survey Interviewer at Nichols Research and a Social Media Strategist at Real Agent Works. Christopher is actively pursuing a Web Development degree at Noble Work Foundation and holds a Jr Full Stack Java Developer certification from ChooseU, along with an Undergraduate degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
