Demetrius Elder

Demetrius Elder serves as an Operations Manager at Inktel Direct since August 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing business process outsourcing for direct marketing services, including fulfillment, call center operations, e-commerce, data management, e-marketing, and graphic design. Previously, Demetrius served as a Sergeant in the US Army from November 1995 to June 2002, during which time maintenance was performed on electronic switches, control centers, combat radios, and other network-related equipment, alongside troubleshooting system errors using computers.
