Luis Gonzalez has over 20 years of management experience in both domestic and international service delivery sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Inktel Contact Center Solutions, they previously held leadership roles in organizations such as Technion Communications and AutoNation, where they focused on operations and customer retention. Additionally, they have been a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of West Palm Beach since 2013, specializing as a Hazardous Materials Technician and Technical Rescue. Luis is also a member of Leadership Florida Class XXVIII and works on a county-wide Diversity in Recruitment Task Force to promote diversity within the Fire Service. Luis earned an Associate's Degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Broward Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Fire and Emergency Medical Services from the University of Florida.
