Chris Byers

Chris Byers has over 18 years of professional work experience. Chris began their career in 2001 as an Engineer at Bell Helicopter. In 2005, they became a Principle Software Engineer (Avionics) at L-3 Communications Link Simulation & Training. In 2013, they created an independent software development company, Reactive Core Studios, where they served as President. Chris also worked as Lead Android Developer at Inky.com, and as an Author at Lynda.com. In 2018, they became Chief Technology Officer at DABC Holdings, and in 2019 they took on the role of VP of Technology at Gate Sentry Visitor Management and Senior Software Engineer at INKY Technology.

Chris Byers obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1996 and 2001. In 2018, they also received a Codility Silver Award for the Ferrum 2018 Challenge from Codility.
