Inland Housing Solutions (IHS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness in the Inland Empire by providing housing, case management, and ongoing support to individuals and families with no place to live.

IHS delivers housing-focused and whole-person services through Rapid Re-Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Community Supports, and Enhanced Care Management. Our work addresses both immediate housing needs and the underlying health, economic, and social challenges that contribute to homelessness. Core services include housing navigation, rental assistance, tenancy support, care coordination, behavioral health services, life-skills development, budgeting support, home modifications, and essential household resources.

In 2024, IHS expanded services and innovation, launching Enhanced Care Management to provide mobile-based medical and behavioral health services to Medi-Cal members with complex needs. Across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, IHS served 2,749 households and successfully housed 255 households, including families with children, formerly chronically homeless individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities.

IHS also coordinates the County-Wide Housing Search effort, partnering with property owners and community agencies through the 211 Coordinated Entry System to identify housing opportunities linked to rental subsidies and supportive services. In 2024, IHS identified more than 2,400 viable housing units for program participants and partner agencies.

Through strong partnerships and a commitment to long-term stability, Inland Housing Solutions remains a leader in providing specialized housing services that help individuals and families achieve safety, health, and self-sufficiency.
