Mark Hughes has a strong background in sales and management, beginning with a role as warehouse manager at R&J Industrial Supply from August 1988 to March 1992. Mark transitioned to purchasing and inside sales at Bluegrass Industrial Sales from May 1992 until December 1997, after which Mark retired from Motion Industries in July 2024. Currently, Mark serves as an Account Manager at Inline Lighting & Electric Supply Co. since November 2025. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Agriculture Equipment Management from Western Kentucky University, completed between 1980 and 1982.
