Heather Hogue

Heather Hogue is an experienced operations coordinator with a strong background in technical support and field services. Currently with Inline Networks since August 2017, Heather has served in roles such as Operations Coordinator and Procurement and Field Services Coordinator, focusing on enhancing field service activities and supporting on-site service personnel. Prior to this, Heather worked with ETMC IT Services from August 2014 to August 2017 in positions including Lead Technical Solutions Specialist and Help Desk Team Lead, providing technical support across multiple branches. Earlier experience includes serving as TSR L2 at teleNetwork, where support was provided to lower-level technicians and customers, and as a customer service associate at Hastings Entertainment. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas at Tyler, earned between 2009 and 2013.
