Jon Gifford

Gifford has developed, designed, and managed the deployment of wireless and fiber optic networks that provide a wide range of communication services to communities and government agencies for applications in education, public safety, administration, transportation and utilities.

Gifford has extensive experience in public-private partnerships, community resource sharing models, first responder communications, intelligent transportation and other critical intelligent communication infrastructure. He provides critical input on design development to ensure efficiency, constructability, and best value for InLine’s clients.

Under his leadership, InLine cofounded the Gulf Region Intelligent Transportation Society (GRITS) https://www.gulfregionits.org/, and has been an active board member since its formation in 2008.
