Tom Elkin

Tom Elkin is a team-first engineering leader with extensive experience in large-scale platforms and machine learning. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Inlogik, Tom has previously held senior roles at organizations like Block, where they led machine learning engineering for Cash App’s risk team, and Qantas, where they focused on technology leadership and product development. Known for building high-performing teams, Tom has successfully solved complex technical challenges while fostering a supportive work culture. They are pursuing a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
