With a robust background as the CEO and Founder of d11 consulting, Debra focuses on intuitive coaching and tailored strategies to foster collaboration and drive growth. As an Inman News Contributor and Connect Ambassador, Debra emphasizes authentic leadership and purpose-driven business practices. Additionally, Debra contributed to the California Association of REALTORS® as an Executive Consultant for the WomanUP!® initiative, enhancing community engagement at various levels.
