Adam Fleger

Adam Fleger has a diverse work experience in various roles. Adam is currently working as a Business Analyst, CPG Returns at Inmar Intelligence, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Netrush from January 2019 to April 2023. At Netrush, they initially worked as an Inventory Processing Associate, where they supported dispute resolution activities, monitored inventory levels, and ensured correct processing and reconciliation. Adam then became an Inventory Data Specialist, focusing on compiling reports, analyzing data, and implementing new strategies. From October 2021 to April 2023, they served as an Inventory Data Analyst, where their responsibilities included pulling reports, creating tools, and collaborating with Brand Managers to optimize inventory health. Before joining Netrush, Adam worked at Comcast as a Lead Sales Associate from August 2018 to January 2019, where they managed business intelligence, promoted products, and improved inventory and warehouse performance. Adam also gained experience at Sprint as a Lead Sales Representative from November 2015 to August 2018, where they focused on improving productivity, engaging customers, and forecasting inventory replenishment. Adam's early work experience includes serving as a Corporate Research Analyst at DiscoverOrg from September 2014 to November 2015, where they compiled and organized data, maintained confidentiality, and ensured accurate data entry.

Adam Fleger has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Clark College. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University. In addition to their degrees, Adam has obtained several certifications. Adam is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified by Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™), received the Google IT Support certification from Google, and has successfully completed the MTA: Database Fundamentals certification by Microsoft in 2020.
