Customer Success Manager

Allison Rigdon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Inmar Intelligence since June 2025, Allison previously held the position of Senior Campaign Operations Specialist at 84.51˚ and Customer Success Manager at Quotient Technology Inc. Between October 2012 and April 2020, Allison worked as a Project Manager at Ipsos in North America. Earlier experience includes a role as Co-Retreat Director at MARIAN MEDAL RETREAT, where Allison organized retreats for 8th grade girl scouts and led a team of leaders. Allison began a career in logistics as an Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics and also excelled as Store Manager at Palm Beach Tan, earning promotions for outstanding sales performance. A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing was earned from Mount St. Joseph University from 2008 to 2011.
