David Moen

David Moen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2011, they had a full-time paid internship at Solar Turbines, where they collaborated with a special project team to design and build interface screens for gas turbine engines. During this internship, they gained knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver 4 and SVG Edit.

In 2014, David joined Entech Sales & Service as a Staff Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support for the mechanical engineering team and was responsible for providing proper documentation and drawings to customer contacts during installation. David also played a key role in estimating and developing quotes for Sales Engineers. David held this position until 2019.

From 2019 to the present, David has been working as a Systems Engineer at Inmar. In this role, they designed a support infrastructure for the Linux based Medex Traysafe system, a pharmacy solution that automates the refilling, safety, and tracking of medication trays and kits. David coordinated with DevOps and hardware teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience and hired field technicians for on-site setup and troubleshooting at customer sites. Additionally, David streamlined the process of configuring and deploying thousands of iOS devices.

David Moen attended Purdue University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2012, they briefly studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.
