Derek O'Neal

Derek O'Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. EHS Manager for Global Operations at Inmar Intelligence, Derek oversees EHS initiatives and ensures compliance with regulatory standards throughout North America and Canada. Prior to this role, Derek held several positions at Chewy, including Associate Director of Safety and Loss Prevention, where leadership of a team focused on safety programs was paramount. Derek's background includes significant service in the Army National Guard as a Company Commander and roles at Amazon and GE, where skills in safety management and compliance were further developed. Derek holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Security Management from Eastern Kentucky University and is pursuing another Master's degree in Sports Management at the University of Florida.
