Drew L.

Drew L. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Beginning in 2015, they worked at Subway as a Senior Sandwich Artist until May 2017. In June 2017, they joined Forsyth Technical Community College as an ITS Support Technician, initially as a Work-Based Learner and then as a part-time employee from January 2018 until November 2019. During their time at Forsyth Tech, they provided technical support to students, staff, faculty, and guests, troubleshooting and resolving tickets using ITSM software. Drew also trained colleagues on hardware, networking, and security concepts, completed project work, and deployed workstations across multiple campus locations. In 2019, Drew joined Inmar Intelligence, first as a Retail Technology & Implementation Admin from November 2019 to January 2021. Later, they became a Retail Technology Analyst from February 2021 to July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Retail Technology Manager from August 2021 onwards.

Drew L. completed their education at Forsyth Technical Community College from 2016 to 2018. They obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Information Technology during this time. In addition to their degree, Drew L. has completed several certifications. They obtained the Advanced Workflow Badge, Implementation Badge, and monday.com Product Badge from monday.com in August 2023 and July 2023, respectively. They also achieved the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Inmar Intelligence in July 2021. In terms of Microsoft certifications, Drew L. received the 98-365:MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification, the 98-368:MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals certification, and the 98-349:MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals certification, all in 2018. They also earned the 77-727:MOS: Microsoft Office Excel 2016: Core Data Analysis, Manipulation, and Presentation certification in May 2018. Lastly, they obtained the 98-364:MTA: Database Fundamentals certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in December 2017.
