Erick Gable has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Erick Gable has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nutrition from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their academic degrees, Erick has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they completed the Penn State Business Academy program at Penn State University. That same year, they also earned a Real Estate Investing Certification from Investors United. In 2008, Erick obtained a Food Safety Certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services. Most recently, in the year 2020, Erick finished the "Developing a Resilient Workforce: How organizations thrive in the face of adversity" training program offered by Dale Carnegie Training.
