Jacob Parsons

Jacob Parsons has diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance. Jacob started in 2015 as a Senior Service Technician at North Carolina State University, where they gained expertise in systems maintenance and installation and led important department projects. In 2018, they joined Extron as a Quality Assurance Engineer, collaborating closely with engineers and project developers to design comprehensive tests for AV streaming devices. Jacob developed automation and test reporting scripts and coordinated with fellow QA engineers on company projects. Since 2020, Jacob has been working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Inmar Intelligence.

Jacob Parsons attended North Carolina State University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
