Jeff Hoefke

Jeff Hoefke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff is currently working at Inmar Intelligence as the Director of Global Client Tier 1 Support, where they are responsible for developing and deploying processes and contact center infrastructure for customer support services. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations and Client Services at Inmar Intelligence. Jeff has also held positions at Ambit Energy as the Vice President of Sales and Field Development, Transactel, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, parago as the Vice President of Business Development, and Young America as the Call Center Director. Jeff has extensive experience in managing teams, establishing processes, and improving efficiency in various operational roles throughout their career.
