Matthew Sheffield has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew is currently serving as the Director of Product Line - Incentives and Loyalty at Inmar Intelligence since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Southeastern Grocers for almost 10 years, where they held multiple positions including Director of CRM and Product Management, Director of CRM and Digital Media, Senior Manager of Data Strategy, and Manager of Commercial Finance. Before that, they worked at Socle Education in different roles such as Operations Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor. Matthew also has experience working as a Student Finance Planner at Corinthian Colleges and as an Apprentice Tech at Discount Tire Company. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated leadership skills, driving CRM communication, digital media strategies, and improving financial performance through budgeting and data analysis.

Matthew Sheffield graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Florida State University - College of Business, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Matthew then pursued an MBA with a focus in Human Resource Management at Everest University-Brandon from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce and the Prosci® Fundamentals of Change Management certification from Prosci. In 2020, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and completed the Google Analytics for Power Users course offered by Google. In 2017, Matthew obtained the IBM Watson Campaign Automation (2017) - Fundamentals and Intermediate certifications from IBM. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
