Inmobiliaria Brom was founded in 1972 as a real estate development, investment and management company focused on the high-end residential and office markets of Mexico City. 

For more than four decades, Inmobiliaria Brom has successfully developed several office buildings in the most coveted locations in Mexico City, always delivering buildings with state of the art architecture and design that serve as the headquarters of many leading multinational companies in the financial, technology and energy sectors.

It currently manages more than 970,000 square feet of office space in Mexico City and South Florida. The firm has also developed more than ten high-end condominium towers in the Lomas de Chapultepec and Polanco neighborhoods of Mexico City. 

Its most recent office building development, called Aventura Optima, is located in South Florida. It has received many awards for its sustainable and innovative design. This was the first project of Inmobiliaria Brom built outside of Mexico City.
