Jorge Ruiz

Jorge Ruiz has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director at Inmobiliaria Edifica since December 2005, and as a Director at both Produktiva Constructora and Core Capital SAFI since January 2014 and October 2016, respectively. Jorge Ruiz holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from INCAE Business School (2011-2012), a Master's degree in Management of Construction and Real Estate Companies from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2006-2007), and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution (1999-2005). Recently, Jorge Ruiz enhanced expertise by completing the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School in October 2023, focusing on finance, design, and leadership.
