Joy Pescaru is an experienced professional in production and sourcing, currently serving as the Director of Production & Sourcing at InMocean since April 2015. With a career spanning over three decades, Joy has held various roles including Production Manager at Nurian USA, Senior Production Coordinator at Timeless Apparel, and Production & Quality Control Coordinator at American International Sourcing. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at the Confederation of Garment Exporters of the Philippines and Section Chief in the Apparel Division at Sanyei Corporation. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Technology and multiple certificates in strategy and business from Harvard Business School Online, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
