Earlier, Michael was the Director of Quality and Product Integrity at Tailored Brands, Inc. from 2013 to 2018, emphasizing quality assurance in product delivery. Michael holds an MBA in Business Strategy and Innovation from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master's Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management from LIM College, and a Bachelor's degree in Textile Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
