Ron Arad has extensive work experience in various high-level roles in operations, supply chain management, and logistics. Ron is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at InMocean since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Perry Ellis International from January 2020 to October 2021.
In their previous roles, they held the position of EVP Global Supply Chain at M.M.LaFleur from December 2015 to December 2019. During this time, they were responsible for team building, improving margins, and enhancing product quality.

Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Elie Tahari from June 2013 to June 2015. Here, they implemented new business intelligence tools, restructured the wholesale organization culture, and developed an Order Management System for the supply chain.
Furthermore, Ron Arad founded the mobile customer feedback platform, 45sec, where they managed all aspects of operations from September 2011 to June 2013.
Ron also held significant positions at Choice Logistics, Hydro Industries, Amazon.Com, and Harmonic, where they gained valuable experience in business operations, supply chain management, and hardware engineering. Ron Arad earned their B.Sc in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in the years 1997 to 2001. Ron then pursued a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management & Entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2005.
