Ruchi Rawat

Ruchi Rawat has worked as a Senior Associate at GMR Group from February 2009 to April 2016. Ruchi then moved on to become an HR Consultant at Jumbo Consultants from June 2018 to May 2021, where they specialized in recruitment for IT software clients and client coordination. In 2021, they joined Kanban Infosystem Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they performed as an IT recruiter and built and developed a team of recruiters. Currently, in 2022, they are the Lead HR Executive at inMorphis.

Ruchi Rawat pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Delhi University, completing it from 2004 to 2007. Ruchi then went on to complete their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, between 2009 and 2012.
