One partner, In-Touch Research & Consultancy is a Thai market research and business consulting firm with key objectives to generate solutions and identify opportunities by using creative research approaches and ability to place senior-level experience directly against each challenge.

The other partner, NMS is a Czech market research company providing complex services across various research methods and technology.  NMS conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research, excel in mystery shopping, and is enthusiastic about developing tailored solutions.

Both companies met in 2017, started to partner up to expand In-Touch‘s technological competencies and develop an exciting new product.  On March 15, 2019, 'In-Touch & NMS’ aka ‘iNMS’ was successfully founded.  

iNMS's products have been constantly bringing the change of the mindset across the research and respondents.  Key products include iSampling-an online community of consumers with quick result within reasonable investment and great idea of contributing to society, ECHO-an online qualitative research platform with diary function, NAVIGATOR-a reporting and managing system for mystery shopping, ASAP-a tool to manage customer experience, and VIRTUAL REALITY-an application to help consumers test-view prior to building actual products.  Besides, our usual survey is assisted by the cutting-edge tools that include the user-friendly iCAWI online questionnaire system and the comfortable aCAPI face-to-face interviewing program.
