Something happened to legal networking.

It used to happen in the real world — in courthouses, in hallways, over dinner after a rough file. You traded war stories, picked up hard-earned lessons, and found people you could actually trust.

Now? It’s stiff events, LinkedIn humblebrags, and cluttered mailing lists. Most lawyers are stuck with the narrow perspectives inside their firm's walls — or worse, they go it alone.

That’s why Dylan Gibbs built Inn Laws, a private community for Canadian lawyers who care about their craft.

Inside, our members don’t have to posture, impress, or pretend they’ve got it all figured out.
Instead we offer:
   • Curated peer groups → real advice from like-minded lawyers.
   • Intimate in-person events → connection without the schmoozing.
   • An online forum → candid conversations you won’t find on LinkedIn.
   • Accredited CPD → the kind members call “actually useful.”

Our members are 60+ lawyers from across Canada. They’re ambitious, collaborative, and not afraid to question the old model of practice.

Dylan clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada, litigated at top firms, and served as a Crown prosecutor. Now he combines both skillsets to help lawyers grow their practice and enjoy their work.

If you’re a Canadian lawyer who wants sharper practice and a saner career, join us.
