Andreas Beha

Andreas Beha is a Senior Business Development Manager at Innargi, responsible for providing geothermal energy solutions to heat distributors and advocating for greenhouse gas emission-free heating in Germany. Prior to this, Andreas held various leadership roles at Wintershall Dea, including Vice President of Innovation Management, Head of Exploration Germany North, Head of Technology Portfolio, and Exploration Portfolio Management. Andreas also has experience in exploration portfolio management at DONG Energy and Maersk Oil, where Andreas started as a geologist. Andreas holds a PhD in Geology from RWTH Aachen University, an MBA from Uni Kassel International Management School, and has studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and The University of Freiburg.
