Welcome to Innate Studio! Founded by @lisaschwert we are a comprehensive design studio specializing in new builds and whole home renovations with a penchant for older homes.

What makes us different? As an NCARB-certified architect and ASID-certified interior designer with years of experience in architecture and real estate, Lisa takes a professional and meticulous approach to residential design. At Innate Studio, this comes to life through our comprehensive design process, which means we own all aspects of design, ensuring every detail throughout your home is thoughtfully considered and harmonious. Our design process prioritizes restoration, natural beauty, context, and function without subscribing to a specific aesthetic style. The end result is a space that is timeless, beautiful, and (our promise) innately livable.
