Rômulo Calixto

Rômulo Calixto serves as the Head of Customer Success at Inner AI since August 2025 and as a Partner Expert at Unita Estratégia & Finanças since May 2025. Previously, Rômulo held various roles at Rappi from March 2018 to July 2025, culminating in the position of Post Sales Manager, where responsibilities included KPI analysis, P&L management, and strategic project leadership in the restaurant vertical. Additional roles at Rappi included Brand Development Manager, overseeing a significant portfolio of restaurant brands, and enterprise-level account management. Prior experience includes positions at Beblue Brasil, CH Tecnologia, and Home Clean Produtos e Sistemas de Limpeza LTDA. Rômulo holds an Executive MBA in Leadership and Management from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Centro Universitário UNA.
