As a non-profit, community driven school, we are committed to teaching yoga holistically to all, both on and off the mat.

YOGA, MEDITATION AND MORE
We offer a wide variety of yoga styles and meditation practices:
- Ashtanga, Mysore program, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yin Yang, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and much more.
- Special classes to help address injuries and other health issues.
- Workshops on yoga philosophy, anatomy and mental wellbeing among other topics.
