Inner Kompas guides you, your team and your organization to a natural course of purpose, mastery, autonomy, self organization en connection.

Inner Kompas was founded by Menno Braakman. Menno is strategist, advisor, numerologist, intuitive coach and sailor. He sees himself like a guide, or pilot, who temporarily comes aboard with you, your team or your organization and recalibrates your compass to your true north. So you can move in a very natural and agile way from unknown places and seas, to the place you wish to be. The place where your talents, passions and personal missions come together.

The way of working of is always in three steps. From insights to connection to natural movement. From inside to outside. Transformative

1. Insights
Everything starts with insights in your own nature, and in the laws of nature. This allows you to start developing. Insights in yourself, and in each other. In your team, in your organization.

2. Connection
The next step is connection. We create a safe, trusted environment, where connecting is possible. Connection with yourself, your true north, with each other. Creating a state of flow within yourself, within your team and organization is only possible if true connections are built.

3. Movement
Through insights and connections, movement starts. The transformation, the journey to flow, effortlessness and maximal adaptability. Often small changes in 1 person already have big effects in teams and organizations.
