The Inner Mountain Foundation promotes the empowerment of international women in business through education, community, and outreach. We are led by our Founder and Chairperson Diane Wang, who first articulated the principles of Inner Mountain Thinking in her 2024 book, - The Inner Mountain. As a global foundation and women's empowerment community, we invest in impact-making educational resources that we seek to make as broadly accessible as possible. Our goal at Inner Mountain is to focus on soft skills training that equips you to become your most empowered, authentic selves. We help you integrate every part of your life—work, family, community, and legacy—so you can lead with purpose and confidence in all areas.
What makes the Inner Mountain Foundation different from other organizations?
We empower women—and the men who champion them—to break through limits, find their purpose, and build fulfilling lives and businesses. If you're ready to embrace personal growth and turn your challenges into triumphs, follow us to start your journey.
Need a guide for your journey? Make sure to tune to our bi-weekly podcast, "The Climb", which can be found here on our LinkedIn page upon release, and on all major podcast platforms: https://innermountain.org/podcasts/
Together, we’ll help you rise, lead, and inspire. 🗻|
