Finding a licensed therapist you can trust can be challenging for most people. There are a lot of mental health professionals, but it can be tricky to find the right person, who’s the right fit, with the right specialised training for the type of therapy that fits your needs.

Your story and your collection of struggles are unique to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We’ll spend time understanding exactly what you are experiencing and why so that when you start making changes that improve your life, they will stick.

We don’t believe in stopping ourselves at just counseling, which is why we also conduct regular training, workshops and provide internship experiences for future counselors!
